Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day, then delivered the following business day.

Orders placed after the designated cut-off times will be processed and shipped the next business day. Business days are Sunday-Thursday, excluding holidays.

Delivery charges:

Bahrain: BHD 2 with an expected delivery of 1 business day.

GCC: BHD 6 with an expected delivery of 3-5 business days.

Worldwide: BHD 12 with an expected delivery of 5-10 business days.

 

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders that are shipped to countries outside Kingdom of Bahrain may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees by the destination country’s authorities. The recipient/buyer of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are only bearable by the recipient/buyer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery dates estimated.
